Superman Earns ₹17 Crore in India in Just Two Days, Beats Local Films at the Box Office

James Gunn's  reboot of  Superman , starring  David Corenswet , is making waves at the Indian box office. As of  Day 2 , the film has collected a  total of ₹17 crore , outperforming Indian films like  Maalik  (starring Rajkummar Rao) and  Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan  (featuring Shanaya Kapoor and Vikrant Massey). The film earned  ₹8 crore on Day 1  and added  ₹9 crore on Day 2 , making it the  third-biggest DC debut in India . Globally,  Superman  is also performing exceptionally well. It has earned  $56.5 million in North America  and  $40 million from 78 international markets , with projections pointing to  $210 million by Sunday . The actor, who has completed her chemotherapy treatment and is now undergoing immunotherapy after surgery, shared with photographers, “Only so much hair has grown back as of now," with a smile.

On Instagram, she also posted an emotional note, reflecting on the recognition she received for her work in the serial Grihalaxmi. “Over my 16-year career, I've won many awards, but I’ve never shared a winning speech or stage interaction. This one feels particularly special because while filming Grihalaxmi, I was going through a really tough time, and so much happened afterward,” she shared.

“How do you guys like my new look?” Hina asked her followers.

It’s worth noting that hair loss is one of the most visible and emotionally difficult side effects of cancer treatment, especially chemotherapy.
